Gabriela Szlak, partner at Lerman & Szlak, took part in the launch event of the DMA’s Artificial Intelligence Commission held in August of this year, where industry leaders gathered to explore how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way companies operate, innovate, and connect with their customers.
The event featured trends, real-world cases and concrete strategies to help organizations of all sizes take their first steps toward an AI-first model—that is, companies that place AI at the center of their business strategy.
One of the standout cases shared that of Coca-Cola, which demonstrated its leadership in applied AI for marketing and advertising with an inspiring marketing global campaign. This serves as a prime example of how AI is successfully transforming into operational culture, driving innovative success stories.
The session also included real implementation cases for applying AI across different business areas and an analysis of sector-specific implementation trends.
Gabriela contributed legal tips for practical AI use cases, such as generating content for advertising and marketing; editing or enhancing existing content; and providing customer service (sales or post-sales).
The event left a clear conclusion: AI is no longer a tool of the future but a competitive advantage of the present, and its responsible, ethical, and strategic adoption will determine which companies lead and which fall behind in the coming decade.
