Celia Lerman
Celia is a lawyer (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella - UTDT, Valedictorian), Intellectual Property LLM (Universidad Austral, with honors) and Master in the Science of Law (JSM, Stanford University). She is also a technical bachelor's in computer science (ORT).
Gabriela Szlak
Gabriela is a seasoned attorney and Managing Partner at Lerman & Szlak where she leads the firm's IT, Data Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence practice.
Cecilia Brazzola
María Cecilia is a lawyer (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella – UTDT), and Master in Law and Economics (UTDT, with honors). She is a graduate of the Commercial Law Program (Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Germany).
María Laura Etcheverry
M. Laura is a lawyer (Universidad de Buenos Aires, with honors), LL.M on Intellectual Property (FLACSO Argentina) and Industrial Property Agent.
Silvia L. Rotman
Silvia began her legal studies at the University of Buenos Aires' School of Law & Science, where she then received two degrees in Law and Prosecuting in 1974. She also serves as authorized pre-trial mediator for the Ministry of Justice of Argentina.
Shirly Galante
Shirly is an Attorney and Industrial Property Agent, Senior Associate at Lerman & Szlak, with a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA, with honors) and postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property at the Argentine Association of Intellectual Property Agents and the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
Luciano Gutman
Luciano is an attorney (Universidad de Buenos Aires) with postgraduate studies in Law and Technology (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella), and he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law and Economics (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella). He also holds an International Certification in Personal Data Protection (APEP–ALAP).
Florencia Fontanella
Florencia is an attorney (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella) with a Diploma in Intellectual Property (Universidad Austral) and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Employment Relations (Universidad Austral), where she completed a thesis on workplace inventions and their impact on employment relationships.
