Through Provision No. 5/2026, published on April 16 by the Argentine Copyright Office (DNDA), the Argentine Association of Performers (AADI) was ratified as an entity authorized to carry out the collective management of related rights in Argentina, in line with the currently applicable regulatory framework.
Through Provision No. 4/2026, published on April 7, the Argentine Copyright Office (DNDA) authorized SAGAI (Argentine Actors’ Collective Management Organization) to carry out the collective management of related rights in Argentina, within the framework of the new regulatory regime in force.
The National Office of Copyright (DNDA) authorized, through Provision No. 3/2026, CADRA (Argentine Reprographic Rights Center) to operate as a collective management organization for copyright and related rights, within the framework of the new regime in force in Argentina.
