On November 27 at 9:00 a.m., Celia Lerman, Founding Partner at Lerman & Szlak, will participate in the ASIPI Chile workshop “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Contractual Dynamics.”
The workshop will explore how technology is transforming the negotiation, formation, and performance of intellectual property agreements, with a particular focus on electronic contracting, AI and AI agents, and private international law challenges in an increasingly digital and global environment.
Through practical examples and real-world scenarios, the session will examine the emerging risks and opportunities these technologies create when negotiating licenses, assignments, and collaboration agreements involving intangible assets.
