Protecting Intangible Assets in the Age of AI: Luciano Gutman Participated in Icomm’s Live Streaming Event

Our associate, Luciano Gutman, participated in the “Black Friday” event organized by icomm, an initiative for debating how generative artificial intelligence is reshaping marketing campaigns across the region.

Luciano took part in the opening panel, where he discussed the challenges businesses face in safeguarding their intangible assets in the age of artificial intelligence.

He highlighted that, in a regulatory and judicial landscape still taking shape, companies that foster genuine collaboration among their legal, marketing, and IT teams will be better positioned to innovate safely. At Lerman & Szlak, we believe that this approach enables organizations to harness the potential of new technologies without compromising vital assets such as intellectual property and customer trust.
