Resumption of deadlines of the procedures before the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI)
Through Resolution 194/2020, the INPI ordered the resumption of the course of the deadlines of the procedures under its competence that were suspended by INPI Resolution N°16/20 and its successive extensions. Such resumption will operate as of December 14th, 2020.
